Maybe if Finger layed that guy out in front of the net instead of playing the puck OT would have not ended so abruptly?

Not too impressed with his instincts on that play.

It takes a team to win and lose games, but Favre is leading the Jets to respectability and Rodgers is leading the Packers to a disappointing season....................................Rodgers might have a bright future, but the expectations are not being me this year...the Pack has a solid line-up and was ready to compete for the NFC Championship............now they have to rely on their garbage divisional opponents to sputter for the Packs to get a playoff spot......................you don't re-build when the General is healthy and ready to play....

A sound win against Ottawa. Let's build on that. Ron Wilson is a good coach. We need a guy in this city brave enough to tell it like it is and smart enough to keep his job. I won't say it all year, but Wilson is the right guy to give this franchise a different face. Keep it going boys....

Guys, don't get me wrong. I am a Leaf supporter. I believe in Ron Wilson, Tim Hunter and Rob Zettler. I saw Rob Zettler in a bar 12 years ago when he played for the Leafs and I told him he is one of the best defencemen on the team. He might have thought I was out to lunch but he was the best "DEFENCE"man on the team. I'm an expert at this stuff.........We haven't had a good defensive team since Pat Burns was in town....Pat Quinn had a way of making the Leafs exciting and explosive, but when the Game 7's came down to it our core defensive skills got us knocked out.........I'm serious about capitalizing the trade value on Kaberle, trading Colaiacovo for high injury risk reasons and opening up the roster to Kronwall........

I just sit and defend Ron Wilson all weekend and here we are putting Kubina the clumsy fool in the Shootout???????

This is like Marc Crawford all over again putting Ray Bourque in a shoot-out (98 Olympics) before Gretzky.....when was the last F******ing time Kubina or Ray Bourque had a breakaway.......please answer me that...........THE LEAFS NEED ROLE PLAYERS....guys need to do their jobs.....the Forwards score, the Defense keep the puck out of the net.........if this dumbass city can't get these two principles straight this garbage organization will not end the pathetic drought they have so well perfected........

I watched the opening few minutes, the ceremonial face-off with the guy who should get traded quickly (Kaberle). By the time I headed down to College Street (30 minute transporation time) and picked up my bud to watch the game it was 6-1 Habs....I was hoping to roll into the bar to watch a good 3rd period...ouch........Coliaiacovo looked hurt again on a play 1000 guys wouldn't have gotten hurt on?

Next steps to success: Trade Kaberle, Trade Coliaiacovo before he gets injured yet again and bring back Staffan Kronwall for the PP.
